Job Responsibilities:
- Based on requirements such as aerodynamic loads, lightweight design, fatigue and static strength, manufacturability, reliability, and maintainability, a ducted fan is designed. Overall structural configuration and associated technical performance requirements for eVTOL;
- Manage progress communication with suppliers and schedule regular reviews and guidance on their development activities.
- Guide subordinate engineers in communicating with suppliers and consolidate all design documentation.
- Responsible for integrating components from other subsystems into the complete aircraft assembly, as well as conducting and approving acceptance tests of the aircraft’s structural performance specifications.
- Assist the flight control system test engineer in completing all phases of the full‑aircraft testing process.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in aerospace engineering, with a focus on mechanical design, structural mechanics, reliability engineering, and systems engineering;
- In aerospace enterprises, there are at least 3 years of work experience in aircraft structural design; exceptionally qualified candidates may be granted exceptions to the time‑requirement.
- Possesses strong independent working capabilities, as well as excellent communication, coordination, and organizational management skills.
- There is a ducted fan. Candidates with experience in the structural design of eVTOLs, helicopters, and other vertical takeoff and landing aircraft configurations are preferred.
