Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist R&D engineers in conducting product development, structural optimization, aerodynamic design, electrical system integration, and other related support activities, while overseeing the project implementation process.
2. Responsible for the daily preparation, revision, and review of engineering drawings, including mechanical structures, aerospace vehicle structures, aerodynamic configurations, and electrical schematics; ensuring compliance with corporate R&D standards through standardization, version control, and archiving.
3. Assist in coordinating with suppliers and handle routine communication and collaboration tasks, including confirming material specifications, arranging sample exchanges, tracking progress, reporting issues, requesting relevant documentation, and providing support for reconciliation.
4. Assist with basic testing, assembly, and debugging of R&D prototypes and components; record test data; and compile experimental reports, R&D logs, technical documentation, and other relevant materials.
5. Track the progress of R&D projects and assist with supporting tasks such as component selection, parameter verification, solution documentation, and competitor‑product research.
6. Perform other technical support, data organization, process tracking, and related tasks assigned by the R&D team.
Job Requirements:
1. Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate students; majors in electrical automation, pneumatic engineering, aerospace structures, mechanical design, aerospace engineering, or related fields are all eligible.
2. Familiar with the fundamental principles of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and aircraft structural systems; proficient in using at least one CAD or SolidWorks‑based drafting software; capable of independently creating and revising simple engineering drawings.
3. Demonstrates a serious and diligent work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills, enabling efficient coordination with suppliers and team members.
4. Possesses fundamental R&D thinking, adheres to team‑based work assignments, is passionate about R&D, and is eager to proactively learn new technologies and solutions.
5. Candidates with internship or project experience in aircraft structural design, aerodynamic configuration tuning, electrical schematic drafting, and supplier coordination will be given priority.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office; capable of systematically organizing technical documentation and data reports.
