Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the flight operations of tethered ducted‑fan aircraft, ensuring the smooth execution of testing, demonstrations, deliveries, and training activities. ;
- Participate in the assembly, commissioning, maintenance, and overhaul of aircraft. ;
- Responsible for pre- and post-flight inspections, de‑stowage, and related tasks. ;
- Responsible for leading the task force, organizing fire‑extinguishing drills, and developing standard operating procedures and refining operational command protocols. ;
- Possesses the ability to independently resolve issues arising during aircraft debugging and will, based on flight conditions… Log-based issue localization; establish an execution platform for drone flight testing and conduct flight tests according to the test cases.
- Develop flight test cases for drone products, execute them according to the test plan, and accurately generate test reports and other relevant documentation. ;
- Responsible for field test safety matters, as well as coordination and communication across all aspects of field testing. ;
- Complete other tasks assigned by company management.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in the operation of data link systems, ground stations, and remote controllers. ;
- There is 3+ years of experience in large‑scale UAV and related field test operations; candidates who have played a critical, indispensable role in such field tests are preferred.
- Candidates with experience in drone assembly, testing, test flights, and delivery are preferred. ;
