Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the head of the finance department in managing the company’s financial accounting, treasury operations, budgeting, and related tasks.
- Assist the Finance Department in establishing and improving the company’s internal control system, and oversee and guide the implementation and enforcement of such systems.
- Responsible for handling matters related to industry and commerce, taxation, and banking;
- Review and organize invoices, and prepare summary tables.
- Familiar with financial management in manufacturing enterprises;
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, or related fields, 3+ years of work experience;
- Understand economic laws such as the Accounting Law, the Economic Law, the Statistics Law, and the Tax Law, and be familiar with financial regulations.
- Outstanding academic and overall performance; proficient in financial and office software.
- Extensive extracurricular activities and internship experience, coupled with strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong numerical acumen and robust data‑management skills; passionate about accounting and finance, eager to take on challenges, and highly adaptable.
- Proficient in using basic financial software, well-versed in national accounting regulations, and knowledgeable about tax laws and related tax policies.
